NOTE
1. If the user fails to use the product by the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided, or changes the miner’s function settings without WindMiner’s prior consent, WindMiner will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
2. The Hashrate value, Power on the wall, and Power efficiency on the wall are all typical values. The actual Hashrate value fluctuates by ±5%, and the actual Power on the wall and Power efficiency on the wall fluctuate by ±5%.
3. Max condition: temperature 38°C, altitude 0m. The user is responsible for making the machine work in the rated working environment and maintaining good heat dissipation and ventilation. Overheating can damage the machine。
4. Caution: The wrong input voltage may probably damage the machine. Users must use the power supply provided by WindMiners. WindMiners is not responsible for the use of other power supplies.

Purchasing Guidelines
1. The shipping costs, customs charges, and taxes(if any) are not included in the retail price shown above.
2. After an order has been submitted, a request to cancel the order, refund any part of the ordered amount, or change the ordered item(s) to a different item(s) or different batch(es) will not be entertained by WindMiners.
3. The pictures shown are for reference only; the final shipment version shall prevail. WindMiners reserves the right to the final interpretation of the product.

Shipping Details
1. The products are made in China. You should pay attention to the customs charges and tax policy of the customer’s location.
2. Shipments will be scheduled on a first-paid-first-ship basis for orders on which WindMiners has received full payment.
3. You are responsible for any customs delays or returned shipments due to a lack of proper documentation. It’s highly recommended to be aware of local customs clearance policies and to prepare all customs documentation ahead of time to avoid any customs clearance delays or unexpected costs.

Payment
Payment can be made in BTC, ETH, LTC, DOGE, or USDT(ERC20/TRC20). The unit price and total price of the products and the amount paid by you shall be denominated in U.S. dollars—real-time exchange rate conversion according to Coinbase.
Please complete payment as soon as possible after you create the order. Your order will be canceled automatically if the payment is not completed in 2 hours.
Based on industry factors, the price of mining machines has to be adjusted frequently with the fluctuation of the virtual commodity price. If the payment is completed, you have accepted the amount and price, and voluntarily bear the risks and benefits.
Refund and return product requests based on price changes will not be accepted.

Warranty
1. A 180-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. Retention only refers to repairs and does not include the replacement of the hash board.
2. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who purchased the machine directly from WindMiners. Once the miner is resold, warranty coverage becomes the responsibility of the re-seller.
3. If the user fails to use the product per the given instructions, specifications, and conditions provided or changes the function settings of the unit without WindMiners’s prior consent, WindMiners will not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
