We offer delivery services to most countries from internationally renowned logistics companies such as DHL, UPS, etc. to meet the needs of our customers.
We are unable to ship to the following countries or regions: Mainland China,Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Niger, Somalia, Syria, South Sudan, Yemen, Sudan, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Iran, Egypt, Myanmar, and North Korea.
For special countries or regions like Russia, after the goods reach customs, we offer the following logistics options for the remaining journey:
Customers will handle customs clearance procedures themselves and collect the goods at customs.
After customs clearance, a local freight service will be designated by us to deliver the goods to the customer.
The shipping cost for this leg will be borne by us, but the customer will be responsible for any loss of goods.
Customers will arrange their own freight forwarder or logistics company to assist with customs clearance and transportation for the remaining journey.

Taxes and Custom Duties
The prices displayed on our website do not include taxes.
Depending on your local customs policies, you are responsible for paying any unpaid taxes and customs duties.
These fees are determined by your local customs agency based on the declared value and tax rates of the purchased items.
If any mining rigs are returned to our warehouse due to tax/customs fees issues, customers need to pay additional shipping costs.
