We support cryptocurrency payments online (BTC|ETH|USDT|USDC) and bank transfers. We recommend cryptocurrency payments as bank transfer confirmation times can be longer, potentially affecting order delivery times. Full payment is required, and cash-on-delivery is not supported.

Bank transfers typically take 2 to 14 days to confirm, and sometimes even longer. As we arrange shipments based on the order of payment confirmation, using bank transfers may lead to delays in order processing due to confirmation delays. Therefore, we strongly recommend using cryptocurrency payments.

The power supply is customized. The power supply is installed on the miners, it comes with the miner together, so don't worry. Regarding the power plug standard, we will provide a local plug compatible with the shipping country.

If you have trouble setting up the miner or your purchased product fails to operate normally and you need to apply for after-sales repair service, you may want to contact after-sales service at support@windminers.com

If you need to modify the address after submitting an order, please contact us.
Our customer service staff will assist you. Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.

After submitting an order, WindMiners does not accept requests for order cancellation, partial or full refunds, changing the ordered products to different ones or different batches, or any other modifications.

The prices displayed on our website do not include taxes. Depending on your local customs policies, you are responsible for paying any unpaid taxes and customs duties. These fees are determined by your local customs agency based on the declared value and tax rates of the purchased items. We can assist customers in reducing the declared value of their ordered products to minimize taxes and fees. Upon customer request, we can issue an invoice with a lower amount for customs purposes (recommended: less than 40-50%) - the customer should mention this in the "Declared price per unit" field on the Checkout page.
If any mining rigs are returned to our warehouse due to tax/customs fee issues, customers need to pay additional shipping costs.

We ship our products to most countries with a few exceptions that you can find below.
Due to logistics restrictions or local policies, we are not able to ship our products to the following countries or regions: Mainland China, Afghanistan, Burundi, Iraq, Iran, Libya, Mali, Niger, Somalia, Syria, South Sudan, Yemen, Sudan, Central African Republic, Eritrea, Egypt, Myanmar, North Korea.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email containing a tracking number that you can use to track your order online. If you registered an account during the checkout process, you can also log in to your account and select My Orders > View Order Status.

After the package arrives at the local customs, the courier company will send you an email notification and guide you through the customs clearance process. Any customs delays or returns due to lack of proper documentation are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with local customs policies and prepare all necessary customs clearance documents in advance to avoid any clearance delays or unexpected expenses.

We use logistics companies such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, and others, depending on the destination, to provide air freight shipping from Hong Kong.
For special countries/regions, we arrange alternative logistics providers as needed.

When you place an order, please make sure that all the shipping information you fill in the form is correct, including detailed address, phone number, zip code, email, shipping agent, etc. We will send the information you fill in directly to the shipping company.
WindMiners will not be held responsible for any shipping issues caused by the customer providing incorrect information

Wind Miner products have a warranty period of 6 months from the date of shipment, while the power supply (PSU) has a warranty period of 12 months. Within the warranty period, if you need to repair the machine, we will provide you with the address for sending it in. The shipping cost to send the machine for repairs will be borne by you, but we will cover the return shipping cost. If the warranty period has expired, we will provide paid repair services, and you will be responsible for the repair and shipping costs.

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who bought the machine directly from WindMiners. Once the machine is resold, warranty responsibility shifts to the reseller.

WindMiners is not responsible for any damage caused by the user’s improper use of the product, including not following WindMiners’s instructions, specifications, and conditions, or dismantling or modifying the system without prior consent from WindMiners.

You can also choose to return the faulty machines to WindMiners's warehouse. In this condition, the buyer pays inbound shipping and we will pay for the return shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss caused by customs delays, losses, or charges.
After purchase, it will be regarded as the approval of this policy.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty

1. Failure to install products in accordance with specifications, free to go up and down shelves, free to pull, pick up, lift, and smash lead to parts detachment, unstable links, circuit board breakage, and other products that lead to damage;
2. Products not normally on the shelf due to improper operation, including but not limited to products damaged by line back-plugging, less or no plugging;
3. Unauthorized to disassemble, refit, or repair damaged products without WindMiners written or electronic authorization;
4. Products that are inefficient or damaged due to unofficially designated accessories, including but not limited to power supply, control panel, fan, cable, etc.
5. The use of unofficial supporting software leads to poor arithmetic, abnormal arithmetic, jamming and burning machine products;
6. Self-modifying product operation parameters (e.g. over-frequency) will shorten the service life of the product or directly damage the product.
7. Damage caused by failure to use electricity, power grid, and environment according to the specifications, including but not limited to a humid environment, corrosive environment, ultra-high temperature environment, dust particles, abnormal voltage and current (surge, shock, instability), etc.
8. Products whose serial numbers have been maliciously modified, defaced, or purposely removed;
9. Damages caused by natural disasters include, but are not limited to, earthquakes, fires, rainstorms, and sandstorms.
